Friday December 4, 2020 6PM-8:30PM ET/Philadelphia Participate in interactive case and article discussions! You do not have to, but why not bringing your own dog and cat cases? Share them with the group, discuss relevant articles, determine diagnostic steps, and make treatment decisions! The educational experience in dentistry and oral surgery is enhanced by participation in VDOS clinical rounds and journal clubs. A mixture of case-/topic-based learning, interactive discussion, and article review provide opportunities for direct communication with the teacher. The topics discussed during the 2.5-hour online event belong to congenital palate defects in dogs and cats and include etiopathogenesis, clinical presentation, diagnostic imaging features, home care until time of repair, surgical techniques, and management of complications. The event begins December 4 at 6PM ET (Philadelphia), which is in the morning hours of December 5 in New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, China, South Korea, etc. Please ensure that you know when the event begins in your time zone.
