Do you want to do more than just cleaning or extracting teeth? Are you interested in saving periodontally compromised teeth by making flaps and using bone grafts? Let us show you how to do that! This webinar will review advanced periodontal surgery procedures that are employed to safe periodontally compromised teeth, including open debridement with bone grafting, guided tissue regeneration with membranes, apically positioned flaps for crown-lengthening, and laterally positioned flaps for gingival clefts. Gingivectomy and gingivoplasty are explained step-by-step to address gingival enlargement. The didactic lecture will last 1.5 hours, but the webinar is designed so that there is extra time for interactive participation and answering your questions.
