Technicians will gain hands on exoerience on how to assist with the following procedures. How to take diagnostic radiographs, make impressions, and four handed dentistry will be covered for the following:
Orthodontics: Active Force Appliances - Elastic Chain and Buttons in the Dog and Cat
Passive Force Appliance - Inclined plane, Tooth Crown Extensions in the Dog
Prosthodontics: Crown Preparation of the Canines and Carnassial teeth in the Dog
Impression Techniques, and ¾ Crowns on the Canines in the Dog
Restoratives: Carie Restoration of the Occlusal Surfaces of the Molars in the Dog,
Subgingival Restoration of Maxillary 4th Premolar and Canine teeth in the Dog
