Attaching MRCL Forms

As per AVDC guidelines, MRCL cases are required to have a completed MRCL review form submitted. To submit this form, you should attach it to the relevant case in the Case Log System.

  1. From the Chrono Log or MRCL Log, click the case number of the appropriate case.

  2. At the bottom of the page, you will see the section for attached files. When there are no files attached, you will see the following:



  3. To attach a file to this case, click Attach File at the top of the page.



  4. Click Browse... to select the file to attach to the case log entry. Once you have selected the file, click Attach File to begin the upload.



  5. When the file upload is completed, you will be returned to the Edit Case Log Entry page. The file you attached should now be listed in the Attached Files section at the bottom of the page.



  6. If you want to delete a file that is attached to this case, click delete next to the file you want to delete. (Note that this is a permanent deletion, so make sure you have a backup copy of this file if you will upload it later, or to a different case log entry.)
